Shipping & Payment Policy

At Nandan Terry Limited, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund policy outlined below:


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product does not match the description on the website.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a refund, please contact our customer support at 6351347303 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM), or email us at varun.saini@nandanterry.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.


Condition of the Product

To process a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and parts.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • For online payments, the refund will be credited to the same account or card used for the original transaction within 7-15 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer once you provide your bank details.

Non-refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Products missing parts or original packaging.
  • Items purchased during final sales or with special discounts (unless they are defective).

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or wrong delivery), Nandan Terry Limited will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once processed, delivery typically takes between Minimum 7 days and Maximum 15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen postal delays.

We currently only offer domestic shipping and do not have an in-store pickup option available.
